Oreo Bon Bons provided by Todd Thomas
As proof that you don't have to slave over a hot stove in order to enjoy recess, Todd Thomas provided us with these chocolate and peanut butter bon bons that he purchased from a confectioner. Don't let your lack of culinary skills stop you from joining us---they are all kinds of delicious treats readily available from bakeries and sweet shops!
Ingredients
1 package of Oreos
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 bag of milk chocolate chips
1/2 bag of peanut butter chips
Place the Oreos in a food processor and roughly chop them. Add the cream cheese until completely combined. Roll mixture into balls and place on a foil lined sheet in the freezer for an hour. Melt the chocolate chips and dip the balls into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the sheet. Melt the peanut butter chips and drizzle over the top of the chocolate covered balls. Allow them to set before serving.

For the brownie crust:

3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon water
